Document Services — Starter Terms

These starter terms are for general business and document-support services and must be adapted to the exact services, pricing and sales process before accepting customers.

The agreed scope, deliverables, price, revision allowance and delivery estimate should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Clients remain responsible for checking factual accuracy and approving final documents.

MAVIGO’s document-support service is not described as a solicitor’s practice and does not provide reserved legal activities, court representation or regulated legal services. Requests requiring regulated advice should be referred to an appropriately authorised professional.

Payment, cancellation, refund and rescheduling rules must be shown clearly before a customer places an order. Consumer cancellation rights may apply depending on how and when services are purchased and performed.

Clients must have the right to provide any material supplied to MAVIGO and must not request fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or infringing documents.

Before launch, add final prices/payment terms, cancellation process, revision limits, delivery rules, complaint handling, confidentiality terms and liability provisions appropriate to the actual service.
